高丽,现任南京邮电大学柔性电子全国重点实验室教授,理学院常务副院长,博士后合作导师、博士研究生导师(光学工程、物理学),硕士(光学工程学硕、材料科学与工程学硕、电子信息专硕)。本科毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学,博士毕业于美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校。主要围绕光学超表面与二维光电器件的光电融合应用展开研究,发表Nat. Electron.、Nat. Commun.、Sci. Adv.、Adv. Mater.、ACS Nano等50余篇论文,其中应邀撰写综述论文6篇,获批中美专利14项,曾获得国家优秀自费留学生奖学金、江苏省双创博士、超材料大会优秀青年学者和材料科学发展大会青年科学家等荣誉。主持完成包括优秀青年基金在内的国家自然科学基金4项、负责江苏省科技重大专项、省市联合项目课题各1项,作为核心骨干参与柔性电子基础科学中心、国家重点研发计划、区域联合重点项目等。担任美国光学学会Optical Materials Express副主编,Photonics Research客座编辑。目前是江苏省333工程第二层次培养对象、江苏省物理学会光学与原子分子专委会委员、南京邮电大学第五届学术委员会委员、民革南京邮电大学支部副主委、民革江苏省青年工作委员会委员、南京市栖霞区人大代表、人大常委、妇联执委。

Research Highlight

  1. Based on the AI for Science paradigm, developed bidirectional tandem neural networks, Fourier convolution combined with multi-bit digital coding algorithms to efficiently inverse-design metasurfaces capable of multi-dimensional optical field regulation, driving transformative advancements in optical design methodologies.
  2. Developed novel low-dimensional semiconductor heterojunction materials for silicon integration, enhancing light absorption, carrier separation, and optoelectronic performance via interface/band engineering, achieving optimized responsivity, detectivity, speed, and multi-functional applications in high-speed imaging and optoelectronic memory device.
  3. Developed wafer-scale metasurface fabrication techniques for high-sensitivity spectral sensing and photodetection enhancement. By integrating silicon metasurfaces with photodetectors and employing compressive sensing/neural networks, a miniaturized computational spectrometer with 0.4 nm spectral resolution and AI-driven spectral-to-material characterization are demonstrated.
